What if the vocabulary doesn't fit my items?
Our quality gate measures every booklet: if the vocabulary list came back with fewer than six terms or the PDF render failed, the order is flagged automatically and you can refund it from the order page for up to 90 days — no questions, no support thread.
What if I never opened the booklet?
If our logs show you never opened the order page or downloaded the PDF, you can refund the order yourself for up to 30 days from delivery. Same one-click button on the order page.
